LO 1.2.2 Describe the “Butterfly Effect” in the context of workplace safety and its potential cultural impact.
LO 1.2.3 Discuss why failing to acknowledge co-workers can negatively influence safety behavior.
LO 1.2.4 Identify and explain at least five creative ideas for recognizing and rewarding safe behaviors.
