OVERVIEW
As a business client, you qualify for discounts on OSH Training certificates. There are two discount options for businesses to choose from.
PAY AS YOU GO
Choosing “pay as you go” means you pay for your employees’ training certificates after they complete their courses. Discounts apply only to the total amount on each invoice.
PAY AHEAD OF TIME
If you choose to “pay ahead of time,” OSH Training will create a credit for the training certificates you want to purchase before your employees take the training. If an employee doesn’t complete the training, you can transfer the credit to another employee. The credit never expires and remains in the system until used. Pre-paying often helps you reach higher spending thresholds, unlocking better discounts. Additionally, if you pre-pay your invoice, OSH Training will apply the amount toward the discount for your next pre-paid purchase. For example, if you pre-pay $750 for certificates at a 10% discount, and then six months later pre-pay another $750, you’ll receive a 15% discount on the second order.

If your company has an annual safety training budget, pre-paying can help keep your training costs within limits. Unlike subscriptions, unused credits don’t expire, so you retain full value if training is delayed.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Will the American Embassy in my country authenticate OSH Center certificates?
No.
U.S. Embassies only authenticate diplomas from universities, colleges, and institutions accredited by organizations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Since OSH Center is a private training institution and not affiliated with the Department of Education, embassies generally will not authenticate our certificates.
OSH Center offers certificate programs, not degree programs. While embassies use this process to prevent fraudulent “diploma mill” degrees, please be assured that OSH Center is not a diploma mill—students must study the material and pass exams before earning any certificate.

How is your training different from others?
OSH Center offers free access to all training materials—you can audit any course, review study guides, and complete knowledge checks at no cost. Unlike most online training providers that require upfront payment, we only charge a fee if you choose to receive official certificates and transcripts.
Our courses are designed for flexibility and accessibility. You can train anytime, anywhere, using almost any device—computer, tablet, smartphone, or even an eReader. Materials are available online or as downloadable PDFs.

How do you ship certificates?
For U.S. students, certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. If you need overnight delivery, we can ship via USPS Express or FedEx for an additional fee, which covers both rush processing and rush shipping. To request this service, please contact our office at (000) 000-0000 or by email.
For international students, certificates are shipped through DHL. Please note that overnight shipping is not available outside the U.S.
What date format do you use?
Because date formats differ worldwide, OSH Center follows the standard U.S. format: MM-DD-YYYY (e.g., 01-23-2001).
Is OSH Center training free?
Yes! All training materials are free to access. Unlike most providers who require payment upfront, OSH Center lets you “try before you buy.” You only pay if you choose to receive official certification after completing a course or program.
