Program certificates have no expiration date.An OSH Training program consists of a series of related courses centered around a broad safety and health topic. Upon successful completion, you receive a program certificate that remains valid indefinitely. This certificate serves as lasting proof of your achievement, demonstrating your thorough knowledge of the subjects covered in the program.

COURSE CERTIFICATES

You can officially document your training by completing an OSH Center course or program and purchasing a certificate package directly through your training dashboard. With access to detailed exam results, transcripts, certificates, and other official training records, you’ll be well-equipped to advance your career and stay aligned with OSH Center’s documentation requirements.

Will the American Embassy in my country authenticate OSH Center certificates?

No.

U.S. Embassies only authenticate diplomas from universities, colleges, and institutions accredited by organizations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Since OSH Center is a private training institution and not affiliated with the Department of Education, embassies generally will not authenticate our certificates.

OSH Center offers certificate programs, not degree programs. While embassies use this process to prevent fraudulent “diploma mill” degrees, please be assured that OSH Center is not a diploma mill—students must study the material and pass exams before earning any certificate.

OSH Center offers free access to all training materials—you can audit any course, review study guides, and complete knowledge checks at no cost. Unlike most online training providers that require upfront payment, we only charge a fee if you choose to receive official certificates and transcripts.

Our courses are designed for flexibility and accessibility. You can train anytime, anywhere, using almost any device—computer, tablet, smartphone, or even an eReader. Materials are available online or as downloadable PDFs.

For U.S. students, certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. If you need overnight delivery, we can ship via USPS Express or FedEx for an additional fee, which covers both rush processing and rush shipping. For international students, certificates are shipped through DHL. Please note that overnight shipping is not available outside the U.S.

Because date formats differ worldwide, OSH Center follows the standard U.S. format: MM-DD-YYYY (e.g., 01-23-2001).
