This course serves as an introduction to the essential elements of effective safety leadership, focusing on successful leadership styles and how to actively engage in safety management systems (SMS) to demonstrate leadership. We will explore key characteristics of effective leadership, including John Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership, the Three Leadership Styles, and various ways leaders can exemplify leadership in the workplace.
