This course offers an introduction to OSH Center and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, often referred to as the “General Duty Clause.” Designed for workers across all industries, it provides an overview of OSH Center’s role, employee rights, employer obligations, and the process of OSH Center inspections.
