Latex Allergy
Latex allergy is an immune response to certain proteins found in natural rubber latex, a material derived from rubber trees. Healthcare workers are particularly at higher risk of developing a latex allergy due to frequent exposure.
This course provides an in-depth look at latex allergy, including strategies that healthcare providers can use to prevent or reduce the risk of developing an allergy.
