Biological Hazards in Healthcare
Healthcare workers are at risk of exposure to a variety of infectious diseases while performing their duties. Several biological hazards can pose serious threats if proper controls and preventive measures are not in place.
This course focuses on three of the most common biological hazards encountered in healthcare settings: Legionellosis, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and tuberculosis.
