Description

More than 8 million healthcare workers in the United States work in hospitals and other healthcare settings. Needlestick injuries often occur among those who work in these facilities. Some of these injuries expose workers to bloodborne pathogens that can cause infection. This course takes a closer look at ways healthcare workers can help prevent needlestick and sharps injuries.
