Description

Bloodborne Pathogens Training
OSHA estimates that over 5.6 million workers face potential occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Any contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) can put workers at risk of infections such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS. This bloodborne pathogens training course provides essential information to help protect you from these dangerous pathogens.

Annual Retraining Requirement
OSHA mandates annual training on bloodborne pathogens. Upon completing the final exam and purchasing a certificate, your certification will be valid for 365 days from the exam date. You can retake the course and obtain an updated certificate beginning 30 days before your current certification expires.

IACET Accreditation
OSHA Center is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and provides IACET CEUs for courses that meet ANSI/IACET standards. IACET accreditation is recognized worldwide as a mark of quality in continuing education and professional training.

Free Access to Materials
As an OSHA Center student, you have complimentary access to all course materials, including knowledge checks and interactive activities. You can access documentation of your training—such as exam scores, certificates, and transcripts—by purchasing a certificate package.
