Course Overview
Youth participation in sports is increasing rapidly, from grade school to high school levels. Proper supervision by coaches is essential to understand the individual needs and capabilities of athletes and to maintain a safe environment.
This course addresses key safety topics, including concussions, heat-related illnesses, cardiac emergencies, weight room safety, and athletic field event security.
